Application of the 2017 Regulations

schedule 9 paragraph 6 + 6.  References to land in the Schedule to the 2017 Regulations are, in the appropriate contexts, to be read (according to the requirements of the context) as referring to, or as including references to—

schedule 9 paragraph 6 a + (a)the right acquired or to be acquired, or the restrictive covenant imposed or to be imposed (including for the benefit of a statutory undertaker); or

schedule 9 paragraph 6 b + (b)the land over which the right is to be exercisable, or the restrictive covenant is or is to be enforceable.
