Application

schedule 14 paragraph 96 + 96.  The provisions of this Part of this Schedule have effect unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and the PLA, for the protection of the PLA in relation to the construction of the authorised development and, within any maintenance period defined in article 36 (temporary use of land for maintaining the authorised development), any maintenance of any part of the authorised development.
