Arbitration

schedule 14 paragraph 78 + 78.  Save for differences or disputes arising under paragraphs 70(2) and (4) (removal of apparatus), and 71(1) (retained apparatus: protection of the gas undertaker) any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and National Grid under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and National Grid, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 64 (arbitration).
