Protective works to buildings

schedule 14 paragraph 68 + 68.  The undertaker must exercise the powers conferred by article 20 (protective work to land and buildings) so as not to obstruct or render less convenient the access to any apparatus without the written consent of National Grid (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld).
