Costs

schedule 14 paragraph 148 + 148.  The undertaker must pay to PoTLL its proper and reasonable legal costs, professional fees and disbursements incurred in connection with—

schedule 14 paragraph 148 a + (a)reviewing any information provided by the undertaker in seeking any consent or approval required by this Part of this Schedule; or

schedule 14 paragraph 148 b + (b)inspecting during construction or on practical completion of any specified work or protective work.
