Examination of motor vehicles

schedule 12 paragraph 9 + 9.  The Secretary of State or a person authorised by the Secretary of State may examine a motor vehicle whilst it is on a road to ascertain if any of the circumstances described in regulation 22 of the Enforcement Regulations exists.
