Deemed marine licence

article 60 + 60.  The marine licence set out in Schedule 15 (deemed marine licence) is deemed to have been issued under Part 4 of the 2009 Act for the licensed activities set out in Part 1, and subject to the licence conditions set out in Part 2, of that licence.
