Compulsory acquisition of land – incorporation of the mineral code

article 26 + 26.  Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 2 (minerals)(1) to the Acquisition of Land Act 1981 are incorporated in this Order subject to the modifications that—

article 26 a + (a)paragraph 8(3) is not incorporated;

article 26 b + (b)for the “acquiring authority” substitute “the undertaker”;

article 26 c + (c)for “undertaking” substitute “authorised development”; and

article 26 d + (d)for “compulsory purchase order” substitute “this order”.
