Temporary stopping up of public rights of way

schedule 2 paragraph 26 + 26.  No phase of the authorised development which includes the temporary stopping up of a public right of way is to commence until the undertaker has provided the relevant highway authority with a programme of stopping up for those public rights of way to be temporarily stopped up in that phase.
