Landscape, ecological and recreational management plan

schedule 2 paragraph 11 + 11.—(1) No phase of the authorised development is to commence until a detailed LERMP has been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority following consultation by the relevant planning authority with Natural England and the Environment Agency.

(2) The detailed LERMP submitted for approval must accord with the measures set out in the LERMP.

(3) The construction and operation of the authorised development must be carried out in accordance with the approved detailed LERMP.
