SCHEDULE 15PROTECTIVE PROVISIONS

PART 10FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE LEAD LOCAL FLOOD AUTHORITY

schedule 15 paragraph 141 + 141.  The undertaker must make reasonable compensation for costs, charges and expenses which the lead local flood authority may reasonably incur—

schedule 15 paragraph 141 a + (a)in the examination or approval of plans under this Part of this Schedule;

schedule 15 paragraph 141 b + (b)in inspecting the construction of the specified work or any protective works required by the lead local flood authority under this Part of this Schedule; and

schedule 15 paragraph 141 c + (c)in carrying out any surveys or tests by the lead local flood authority which are reasonably required in connection with the construction of the specified work.
