An underground transfer tunnel between Work No. 18 and Work No. 16 installed using pipe jacking and including—

schedule 1 paragraph wrapper27 a + (a)a temporary construction shaft within each of the areas to which Work No. 27 overlaps with Work No. 28; and

schedule 1 paragraph wrapper27 b + (b)connections to Work Nos. 16 and 18.
