Statutory undertakers

article 41 + 41.  Subject to the provisions of Schedule 15 (protective provisions) and article 28 (compulsory acquisition of rights and imposition of restrictive covenants) the undertaker may—

article 41 a + (a)acquire compulsorily, or acquire new rights or impose restrictive covenants over, the land belonging to statutory undertakers shown on the land plans within the Order land; and

article 41 b + (b)extinguish the rights of, or restrictions for the benefit of, remove, relocate the rights of or reposition the apparatus belonging to statutory undertakers over or within the Order land.
