Citation and interpretation

regulation 1 + 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Environment Act 2021 (Commencement No. 10) Regulations 2025.

(2) In these Regulations—

term the act + “the Act” means the Environment Act 2021;

term the 1990 act + “the 1990 Act” means the Town and Country Planning Act 1990(1).
