Provisions coming into force on 1st May 2025

regulation 2 + 2.  The following provisions of the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023, so far as not already commenced, come into force on 1st May 2025—

regulation 2 a + (a)section 109 (Crown development), and

regulation 2 b + (b)Schedule 10 (Crown development: consequential amendments),

except in so far as they relate to an application for permission in principle or an application for hazardous substances consent under the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990.
