The Gas Act 1965
regulation 6 6. In section 28 of the Gas Act 1965(1) (interpretation of Part II), in the definition of “planning permission” in subsection (1), after “(other than sections 88 or 89)” insert “or, in relation to England, Part 13 of that Act”.
