Citation, commencement and extent

regulation 1 + 1.  These Regulations—

regulation 1 a + (a)may be cited as the Customs (Tariff and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2025;

regulation 1 b + (b)come into force on 27th April 2025;

regulation 1 c + (c)extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
