Saving provision in relation to regulation 2(2) and (4)

regulation 3 + 3.—(1) The amendments made by regulation 2(2) and (4) do not affect the payment of remuneration by the Lord Chancellor to providers of civil legal services in relation to a case where the application for civil legal services was made before 1st May 2025.

(2) For the purposes of this regulation an application is made on the date on which it is signed.
