Amendment to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009

regulation 2 + 2.  In Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products, at the end of the table in Annex 3 (list of substances which cosmetic products must not contain except subject to the restrictions laid down), insert the entry set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
