regulation 16 + 16.  In regulation 70 of the Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017(1) (grant of planning permission), in paragraph (1)(b)—

regulation 16 a + (a)omit “of that Act”,

regulation 16 b + (b)after “development” insert “: application to the Welsh Ministers”, and

regulation 16 c + (c)at the end insert “, section 293B (urgent Crown development: applications to the Secretary of State) or section 293D (Crown development: applications to the Secretary of State) of that Act”.
