Representations received by the relevant local planning authority

article 20 + 20.  Where representations in relation to a urgent Crown development application are received by the relevant local planning authority the authority must, as soon as practicable, forward the representations to the Secretary of State at an address notified to that authority by the Secretary of State for that purpose.
