rule 27 + 27.  Nothing in these Rules requires or permits closed evidence to be disclosed to a person other than—

rule 27 a + (a)the Secretary of State,

rule 27 b + (b)the appointed representative, or

rule 27 c + (c)a person specified, or of any description specified, in the security direction.
