SCHEDULE 3Information: registrable activities: specified persons (section 68 of the Act)
PART 1General
schedule 3 paragraph 1 1. A description of—
schedule 3 paragraph 1 a (a)the relevant activities,
schedule 3 paragraph 1 b (b)the purpose of the relevant activities, and
schedule 3 paragraph 1 c (c)the outcome sought as a result of the relevant activities.
schedule 3 paragraph 2 2. The date on which the specified person anticipates the relevant activities will commence.
schedule 3 paragraph 3 3. Where relevant activities are to continue over, or are to be repeated over, more than one day, a statement of this.
schedule 3 paragraph 4 4. A statement, as the case may be—
schedule 3 paragraph 4 a (a)of the date on which the specified person anticipates that the relevant activities will end, or
schedule 3 paragraph 4 b (b)that the specified person anticipates that the relevant activities will continue indefinitely.
PART 2Additional information: political influence activities
schedule 3 paragraph 5 5. Where the political influence activities fall within section 70(2)(a) of the Act (communications with certain public officials)—
schedule 3 paragraph 5 a (a)either—
schedule 3 paragraph 5 a i (i)the name and role of the person to whom the communication is to be or was made, or
schedule 3 paragraph 5 a ii (ii)a description of the class of persons falling within each of paragraphs 1 to 27 of Schedule 14 to the Act to whom the communication is to be or was made and their roles,
schedule 3 paragraph 5 b (b)the nature and (where known) form of the communication,
schedule 3 paragraph 5 c (c)the purpose of the communication, and
schedule 3 paragraph 5 d (d)the outcome sought as a result of the communication.
schedule 3 paragraph 6 6. Where the political influence activities fall within section 70(2)(b) of the Act (public communications)—
schedule 3 paragraph 6 a (a)the nature and (where known) form of the communication,
schedule 3 paragraph 6 b (b)the intended audience of the communication (if known),
schedule 3 paragraph 6 c (c)the purpose of the communication (if known), and
schedule 3 paragraph 6 d (d)the outcome sought as a result of the communication (if known).
schedule 3 paragraph 7 7. Where the political influence activities fall within section 70(2)(c) of the Act (distributing money, goods or services to UK persons)—
schedule 3 paragraph 7 a (a)where applicable, the nature of the goods or services distributed or to be distributed,
schedule 3 paragraph 7 b (b)the actual or estimated value of the money, goods or services distributed or to be distributed,
schedule 3 paragraph 7 c (c)where a distribution has been or is to be made to an identifiable person—
schedule 3 paragraph 7 c i (i)the name of that person,
schedule 3 paragraph 7 c ii (ii)the role or capacity of the person to whom the distribution has been or is to be made (if known),
schedule 3 paragraph 7 d (d)where a distribution has been or is to be made to a group of persons and it is not practicable to provide the information referred to in sub-paragraph (c), a description of the group of persons (including their role or capacity, if known),
schedule 3 paragraph 7 e (e)the purpose of the distribution, and
schedule 3 paragraph 7 f (f)the outcome sought as a result of the distribution.
PART 3Additional information: misrepresentation (section 68(3) of the Act)
schedule 3 paragraph 8 8. In relation to the person who is to make the misrepresentation, the information identified in Part 1 of Schedule 1.
schedule 3 paragraph 9 9. The nature, form and purpose of the misrepresentation to be made.
schedule 3 paragraph 10 10. The persons, or a description of the persons, to whom the misrepresentation will be made (if known).
schedule 3 paragraph 11 11. A description of the identity to be assumed by the person who is to make the misrepresentation, including, for example, any name, role or employment, responsibilities, activities or address they will purport to have or undertake (where applicable).
schedule 3 paragraph 12 12. The period over which the misrepresentation will be made.
schedule 3 paragraph 13 13. An explanation as to why the misrepresentation will be made.
