schedule 1 paragraph 6 + 6.  Where this paragraph applies and the individual, as the case may be—

schedule 1 paragraph 6 a + (a)has a United Kingdom national insurance number, that fact and the number;

schedule 1 paragraph 6 b + (b)does not have a United Kingdom national insurance number, but has a social security number issued by a country or territory outside the United Kingdom—

schedule 1 paragraph 6 b i + (i)that fact,

schedule 1 paragraph 6 b ii + (ii)the name country or territory issuing the social security number, and

schedule 1 paragraph 6 b iii + (iii)the number.
