Informing Secretary of State of material change: form

regulation 9 + 9.  Where a person is required to inform the Secretary of State of a material change in accordance with section 74(5) of the Act, this must be done—

regulation 9 a + (a)in writing, and

regulation 9 b + (b)in English or Welsh.
