Interpretation
regulation 2 2. In these Regulations—
term the act “the Act” means the National Security Act 2023;
term officer “officer” has the meaning given in paragraph 2 of Schedule 13 to the Act, but ignoring references in that definition to those purporting to act in such capacities;
term p “P” has the meaning given—
(a)
in section 65(1) of the Act, in relation to registrations under section 65(4) of the Act (foreign activity arrangements);
(b)
in section 69(1) of the Act, in relation to registrations under section 69(3) of the Act (foreign influence arrangements).
