Saving for directions of the King’s Harbour Master and regulations applying to the Dockyard Port of Plymouth

article 12 + 12.  In the event of conflict between a special direction given by the harbour master or a general direction given by the Commissioners and a direction given by the King’s Harbour Master or other regulation applying to the Dockyard Port of Plymouth, the direction of the King’s Harbour Master or the regulation as appropriate prevails.
