Amendment to regulation 4

regulation 5 + 5.  In regulation 4 (provision in relation to applicants under the age of sixteen)(1)—

regulation 5 a + (a)in the heading, after “applicants” insert “and entrants”;

regulation 5 b + (b)in paragraph (1), after “applicant” insert “or entrant”;

regulation 5 c + (c)in paragraph (4), after “applicant” insert “or entrant”.
