Amendment to regulation 8

regulation 16 + 16.  In regulation 8(1) (process by which an individual’s fingerprints and photograph may be obtained and recorded)(1)—

regulation 16 a + (a)omit “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (c);

regulation 16 b + (b)at the end of sub-paragraph (d), for “.” substitute “; and”;

regulation 16 c + (c)after sub-paragraph (d) insert—

“(e)require the individual to provide a record of the individual’s fingerprints or a photograph of the individual’s face by electronic means.”.
