Citation, commencement and extent

regulation 1 + 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Biometric Information etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 2025.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 27th March 2025.

(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
