Estate Agents (Specified Offences) (No. 2) Order 1991
schedule paragraph 23 23. In the Schedule to the Estate Agents (Specified Offences) (No. 2) Order 1991 (1) (specified offences), for the entry for the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 substitute—
