Water Resources Act 1991

schedule paragraph 11 + 11.  In Part 2 of Schedule 24 to the Water Resources Act 1991(1) (enactments etc. in respect of which disclosure may be made)—

schedule paragraph 11 a + (a)omit the entry for subordinate legislation made for the purpose of securing compliance with Directive 2005/29/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 May 2005 concerning unfair business-to-consumer commercial practices in the internal market(2);

schedule paragraph 11 b + (b)at the end insert—

“The following provisions of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024—

(a)Part 3;

(b)Part 4;

(c)Chapter 2 of Part 5.”.
