Agricultural Marketing Act 1958

schedule paragraph 1 + 1.  In section 47 of the Agricultural Marketing Act 1958(1) (restrictions on disclosing certain information obtained under Act), in subsection (2)(aa)—

schedule paragraph 1 a + (a)in sub-paragraph (iii), at the end omit “or”;

schedule paragraph 1 b + (b)in sub-paragraph (iv), at the end insert “; or”;

schedule paragraph 1 c + (c)after sub-paragraph (iv) insert—

“(v) Part 3 and Chapter 2 of Part 5 of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.”.
