Citation, commencement and extent

regulation 1 + 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Statutory Neonatal Care Pay (General) Regulations 2025.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 6th April 2025.

(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, and Scotland.
