regulation 21 + 21.  In regulation 20(4) (unfair dismissal) of the Maternity and Parental Leave etc. Regulations 1999(1) for “Paragraphs (1)(b) and (3)(b) only apply” substitute “Paragraph (3)(b) only applies”.
