Citation, commencement and extent

regulation 1 + 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Light Dues) (Amendment) Regulations 2025 and come into force on 31st March 2025.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
