Amendments to Regulation (EU) 2020/1079

regulation 3 + 3.—(1) Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1079 of 20 July 2020 on the verification and correction of data referred to in Regulation (EU) 2018/956 on the monitoring and reporting of CO₂ emissions from and fuel consumption of new heavy-duty vehicles(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In Article 1 (heavy-duty vehicles of which the quality of the data is to be verified)—

regulation 3 2 a + (a)in paragraph 1—

regulation 3 2 a i + (i)for “Commission”, in the first place it occurs, substitute “Secretary of State”;

regulation 3 2 a ii + (ii)omit the second sentence.
