Citation, commencement and extent

regulation 1 + 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the New Heavy-Duty Vehicles (Carbon Dioxide Emission Performance Standards) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2025.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 14th April 2025.

(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
