Landscape and ecology management

schedule 2 paragraph 7 + 7.—(1) No part of the energy park works or railway reinstatement works may come into operation until a landscape and biodiversity management and monitoring plan for that part has been submitted to and approved by the relevant planning authority following consultation with Natural England to the extent the landscape and biodiversity management and monitoring plan relates to matters relevant to their functions.

(2) The landscape and biodiversity management and monitoring plan submitted and approved must be in accordance with the principles in the outline LBMMP and must include an implementation timetable, including monitoring and maintenance activities.

(3) The plan approved under sub-paragraph (1) must be implemented and delivered as approved and in accordance with the approved timetable.
