schedule 14 paragraph 82 + 82.  Notwithstanding article 47 (service of notices) any plans submitted to Cadent by the undertaker pursuant to paragraph 75 must be sent via email to Cadent Gas Limited Plant Protection at plantprotection@cadentgas.com copied by e-mail to toby.feirn@cadentgas.com and sent to the General Counsel Department at Cadent’s registered office or such other address as Cadent may from time to time appoint instead for that purpose and notify to the undertaker in writing.
