EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order authorises The North Lincolnshire Green Energy Park Limited (referred to in this Order as the undertaker) to construct, operate and maintain an energy from waste electricity generating station located at Stather Road, Flixborough, Scunthorpe fuelled by refuse derived fuels, with a gross generation capacity of up to 95 megawatts at ISO conditions.

A copy of the Order plans and the book of reference mentioned in this Order and certified in accordance with article 46 of this Order (certification of plans, etc.) may be inspected free of charge during working hours at Church Square House, 30-40 High Street, Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire DN15 6NL.
