SCHEDULE 2Revocations with savings: Wales statutory instruments

The following statutory instruments are revoked in full unless specified otherwise—

schedule 2 paragraph a + (a)the Genetically Modified Food and Feed (Authorisations) (Wales) Regulations 2022(1);

schedule 2 paragraph b + (b)the Novel Foods (Authorisations) and Smoke Flavourings (Modification of Authorisations) (Wales) Regulations 2022(2);

schedule 2 paragraph c + (c)the Feed Additives (Authorisations) (Wales) Regulations 2022(3), except the transitional provisions in regulations 9 to 11, and regulations 1 and 2 and 4 to 7 to the extent necessary for the continued operation of regulations 9 to 11;

schedule 2 paragraph d + (d)the Food Additives, Food Flavourings, and Novel Foods (Authorisations) and Food and Feed (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Wales) Regulations 2023(4), except the transitional provision in regulation 4 and the amendments set out in Part 5, and regulation 1 to the extent necessary for the continued operation of regulation 4 and Part 5;

schedule 2 paragraph e + (e)the Genetically Modified Food and Feed (Authorisations and Modifications of Authorisations) (Wales) Regulations 2023(5);

schedule 2 paragraph i + (i)the Feed Additives (Authorisations) and Uses of Feed Intended for Particular Nutritional Purposes (Amendment of Commission Regulation (EU) 2020/354) (Wales) Regulations 2024(9), except for regulation 8, the transitional provisions in Part 3 and the amendment in Part 4, and Part 1 to the extent necessary for the continued operation of regulation 8 and Parts 3 and 4.
