Amendment of the Novel Foods (England) Regulations 2018

schedule 12 paragraph 4 + 4.—(1) The Novel Foods (England) Regulations 2018(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 1, in the table, in the row for Article 6.2—

schedule 12 paragraph 4 2 a + (a)in the first column, for “6.2” substitute “6”;

schedule 12 paragraph 4 2 b + (b)in the second column—

schedule 12 paragraph 4 2 b i + (i)for “and included in the list” substitute “in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2015/2283”;

schedule 12 paragraph 4 2 b ii + (ii)omit “therein”;

schedule 12 paragraph 4 2 b iii + (iii)after “monitoring requirements” insert “, in the authorisations concerned”.
