Amendment of the Materials and Articles in Contact with Food (Scotland) Regulations 2012

schedule 10 paragraph 3 + 3.—(1) The Materials and Articles in Contact with Food (Scotland) Regulations 2012(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 12(3)—

schedule 10 paragraph 3 2 a + (a)for “listed in Annex I to” substitute “authorised under”;

schedule 10 paragraph 3 2 b + (b)for “that Annex” substitute “the authorisations concerned”.

(3) In regulation 14(1), for “22(4) and (5)” substitute “22(5)”.

(4) In Schedule 1, in the first column of the table—

schedule 10 paragraph 3 4 a + (a)in each place it occurs, omit “and Annex I” and “and Annex 1”;

schedule 10 paragraph 3 4 b + (b)in the row relating to Article 9, omit “as read with Annex I”.
