schedule 3 paragraph 9 1 + schedule 3 paragraph 9 + schedule 3 paragraph 9 + 9(1)A thing obtained under this Schedule in connection with a terrorism protection investigation may be retained by the Security Industry Authority for so long as is necessary for the purposes of the investigation.

schedule 3 paragraph 9 2 + (2)But a thing may not be retained if a copy, photograph or other recording of the thing would be sufficient for the purposes of the investigation.
