schedule 2 paragraph 4 + schedule 2 paragraph 4 + 4Premises are within this paragraph if—

schedule 2 paragraph 4 a + (a)an aerodrome security plan under section 24AE of the Aviation Security Act 1982 is in force in relation to the premises or any part of the premises,

schedule 2 paragraph 4 b + (b)the premises or any part of the premises is a relevant asset for the purposes of section 119 of the Railways Act 1993 in relation to which an instruction under that section is in force,

schedule 2 paragraph 4 c + (c)a direction under the Channel Tunnel (Security) Order 1994 (S.I. 1994/570) is in force in relation to the premises or any part of the premises,

schedule 2 paragraph 4 d + (d)a port facility security plan under Regulation (EC) No 725/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2004 on enhancing ship and port facility security is in force in relation to the premises or any part of the premises, or

schedule 2 paragraph 4 e + (e)a port security plan under the Port Security Regulations 2009 (S.I. 2009/2048) is in force in relation to the premises or any part of the premises.
