schedule 1 paragraph 9 1 b + (b)other communal religious practice,

in accordance with the tenets of a particular religion or religious denomination.

schedule 1 paragraph 9 2 + (2)Where the relevant Schedule 1 use of qualifying premises is the use mentioned in sub-paragraph (1), the premises are standard duty premises for the purposes of this Part (regardless of how they would otherwise be treated).
