Citation and commencement

article 1 + 1.  This Order may be cited as the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 (Treatment of Qualifications Scotland as Specified Authority) Order 2025 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
