Citation, commencement and interpretation

regulation 1 + 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Budget (Scotland) Act 2024 Amendment Regulations 2025 and come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

term the act + (2) In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Budget (Scotland) Act 2024.
