Citation and commencement

regulation 1 + 1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 (Commencement No. 5, Saving and Transitional Provision) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2025 and come into force on 31 March 2025.
